Morphology and Anatomy:

 

 

Body configuration usually rounded at both ends.

Cuticle tends to swell in water and fixative when nematodes are killed.

Curved odontostyle with dorsal groove.

Females: Monovarial.

Males: Caudal alae present. Single testis.
